Drive was conducted at bangalore office. First round was written test with basic asp.Net net questions. Second round was technical discussion on same day. Next week got call to share documents for HR round. After sharing docs recruiter told to wait as HR was not available for some days. After 10 days got call that can you come for discussion today. I told that I am out of station today and tomorrow I will be available. They told to inform after coming. I called them next day to schedule the interview but the recruiter told me that your resume is misplaced and we cannot find it so you need to do the interview process again. So I went to give the interview again. This time the whole process was like they were not into it. That was completely unprofessional. If you don't want any candidate just tell them, our time is also same important as yours. But thanks to them in next few weeks I got opportunity in other organization which is much better than conduent and I would not get it if I got trapped at conduent.
