Convo with recruiter, then people partner then the head of department. This was a 3 part interview process - meaning 3 separate occasions where I was preparing for the interviews. After having to chase for an outcome which was promised on a specific day that had passed, I then received a template email which had clearly been copy and pasted with no specific feedback, just a generic reply. After having prepared and interviewed on 3 separate occasions, I expected more from a brand like this in terms of personal, tangible feedback that I can use moving forward.
