I was referred to the company by an existing employee. There were too many individuals involved in the hiring process and that process took way too long. I ended up buying into Conexco Group, a retainer-based executive search firm. The firm is small but it is very efficient. All of the management is "on the same page" and is truly in existence to serve their clients needs and to offer consulting services to their candidates. I should have made the move years ago.
