3) Second interview with the shopmanager of the shop I applied for (Brussels airport)

First interview (mainly in Dutch):
- tell me about yourself/studies/career until now
-what's your motivation for the job
- why do you want to leave your current employer
- question in French, in my case: tell me about your current salary and benefits
- question in English: tell me about your hobbies
- when are you available to start?
- are you willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays?
- where do you see yourself in 5 years
- do you have children, if not, do you want them?
Second interview (mainly in Dutch):
- tell me about yourself/studies/career until now
- what is your motivation for this job
- why should we hire you
- do you have a problem with working on holidays and weekends / shiftwork?
- how flexible are you in terms of working longer when necessary or covering someone else's shift in case of sickness etc.
- what are your ambitions professionally?
- what is your dreamjob
- do you see yourself more as someone who wants to solve problems or as someone who wants to create à la carte trips
- French: tell me your weak points
- English: how do you deal with angry customers
- do you have a family/do you want children?
- how are you in a team/how do you address your colleague if he/she is slacking?
- why this shop and not a shop closer to where you live?
- do you think the distance will be a problem?
