I did hesitate in posting this because the individuals I met with were so kind, understanding and compassionate, but it needs to be shared as this was a very disorganized process. The lack of communication is what truly is unfortunate. The interview process began with an initial phone screen and later a face to face with key management, 3 in total. After the interview I did not hear back until a week later to have a phone interview with another team member, one more interviewer now totaling 4 I have met with. I then waited another week with no updates until I sent a follow up email where they wanted me to come in again to meet with 3 more individuals, now totaling 7 interviewers. In addition to this last interview I was given an excel test. Another week past with no updates and I again sent another follow up email to get an update as to where I was at in the interviewing process. They confirmed I was their only finalist. A day later I was then asked if I had time the following day to speak with 2 more individuals, now totaling 9 people I have now met with. I also failed to mention that with each scheduled phone interview and face to face, the scheduling was all done last minute with either a day(s) notice or a couple of hours. I was fortunately extremely flexible because I was unemployed but, this was truly disorganized. I interviewed and waited approximately a full month with no updates. I have since accepted an offer with another company, which the process took much less. ConnectiveRx has A LOT of potential, but the interview process could have been more organized and a less lengthier process, you can't drag potential candidates along.
