The TA was extremely informative; she took time to review the role. Then afterwards scheduled an interview. While the interview process took time, I recognized it’s not the TA’s fault, she didn’t make the hiring decision but she was ALWAYS responsive and that goes a long way. While I accepted a role work a different company, based upon how she treated me and the managers during my interview, I would consider applying again.
