I was contacted by an internal recruiter about an opening in the Tulsa area. After a lengthy description outlining the company's history and job description I was extremely excited about the opportunity to interview personally. The interview was with Jay Graham who took the time to explain the business and what type of candidate he was looking for to fill the position. He answered my questions with clarity and honesty which was a nice change form previous interviews. The interview process was very thorough and fortunately I was chosen among several other applicants for the position. Since this time, I continually receive training and many opportunities to increase my knowledge and exposure to the business.
