Applied online, contacted for a brief zoom call. They reached out 3 weeks later for an in-person meeting. Commuted over 1 hour in a snow storm, arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes, called in. Informed that person who was supposed to interview was out of town. Replacement interviewer was disengaged, asked a couple questions about work history, wanted to end interview after first 5 minutes. I tried to reengage, but he gave brief, curt answers, looked bored. I knew it was a miss. A day later, the absentee interview called and messaged me without prior notice/email. Responded to his message when I saw it later and followed up a few days later. Crickets. Company looks disorganized. Rude, unprofessional treatment of interviewees.
