Had to do an online assessment prior an interview. Passed the test and proceeded for an interview but recruiter did not mention the title of the person interviewing. Had a virtual interview but interviewer did not on the camera which was a red flag. Does not seem very prepared on what questions to ask the candidate, everything sounded reading off the screen. Another interviewer joined the call during the last 5 mins, did not turn on the camera as well and couldn't speak proper English. Recruitment team also ghosted. Overall, a bad experience and wonder what the quality of people the company hires.
