The process was very straight forward, 1st stage was just screening call with internal recruiter who was nice. 2nd stage was 45 minute long interview with hiring manager (who also was very nice) followed by a 3rd interview stage where I got to meet a team of 3 engineers who I would work alongside. This stage was particularly awkward as very little technical questions were asked and only one person asking questions with a lot of silence between questions. I actually had more experience in all the tools they used than them so it seemed like a good fit from a tech perspective. Personality wise, not soo sure. They seemed extremely laid back and even said they decided what work they would do, which seemed odd. No real roadmap for the role and seems it was make it up as they go sort of thing. The interview was more me asking them questions than the reverse, which makes you wonder how they find successful candidates that way.
