Had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager for 30 minutes which was a nice conversation and went well and was invited for onsite interview The on-site interview took about 3 hours, with multiple conversations with separate people. All of these conversations were repetitive and they asked essentially the same questions. The hiring manager did not even show up to the interview. Obviously this was a big red flag, as the hiring manager is usually the most important person from the employer’s side during the interview process. At the end of the interview, the last interviewer left and I basically just had to find the exit myself. Overall - Very bizarre interview experience. I would advise others to avoid unless desperate. I would have not showed up if I had known all of this beforehand. Also refused to compensate for interview expenses. Avoid
