The JD which they have given is far different from the questions they asked in the last round. They asked totally different questions it didn’t match what they have mentioned in the JD and previous rounds.

The first round involved a PowerPoint presentation on a given topic. My topic was to address a problem statement related to the sectors Convin is currently working in. This was followed by a group session with the other candidates who qualified for the second round and the recruiter. During this session, the recruiter provided detailed insights about the Implementation Specialist role. The final round was an interview where I was presented with a situational problem. I was asked to explain how I would handle the situation as an Implementation Specialist at Convin.
