It is a three step interview process. They are all on Zoom. The first interview was a more-so screener interview. The second was with three attorney who each asked different questions. Both were approximately twenty to thirty minutes.

The hiring process was about 1 year long. Two part interview. The first interview was with two people. The third was with a panel of three current attorneys. The interview process was standard, but it doesn’t hurt to have in mind what division you would like to work in.

You submit your application and then wait weeks to hear back. Finally after hearing back if you get called to interview, you’ll interview with 3-6 current ASAs all at the same time. After your interview, you’ll wait weeks to hear back if you got a second round interview. They didn’t contact me to tell me I did or didn’t. When i contacted them several times i never heard back. Not professional at all.
