CV/cover letter followed by interview. After passing the initial CV screening, I received a phone call to determine my competency for the role. I was then invited to interview with 2 senior members of the team. They went quite after this and never received confirmation of whether I had progressed - evidently not but was simply radio silence. Unprofessional.
