The interview process for a L1 Support Technician focused more on attitude along with problem solving abilities. You will be asked to demonstrate problems that you have ran into in the past and how you solved them.

Core12 invited me via email following a career fair. They were very clear and communicated rapidly about instructions and what to expect. The first round was largely a get-to-know-you phase, asking about points on my resume, then some character-oriented and thinking questions. As an example, The second round was a quick technical stage, focusing on basic troubleshooting skills.
