      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Corporate Solutions (Eranakulam, Kakkanad) nel mese di nov 2016

      Colloquio

      There was a telephonic interview followed by a case study that had to be solved and sent across by email. The Solution to the case study had to be in ppt with number of slide restrictions. The lines in each slide also was restricted. I followed Guy Kawasaki 10:20:30 Rule for presenting the Solution. Took a custom r template online. Once that was cleared, i was asked to make a presentation for the same followed by a face to face interview. The face to face interview was a panel interview, with 2 person in the panel. They checked language skills,IQ and EQ, had stress interview, made chaos in between the questions, same question was repeatedly asked for several times to check consistency and competency. Gruelling interview was also done in between. Ethics was tested through roll plays and situations handling rounds. Arguments were made to know if we stand by truth no matter the company CEO is on the other side who has made a mistake. This interview took almost 2 hours, with 45 minutes of stress and gruelling interview.

      What was the important feature of Lean system? Who sets the Standardisation benchmarks? Can the Standardisation for Toyota be implemented for Rolls Royce, if yes why, if no why not?
