Talent Acquisition sent a link to book an interview but ONLY provided THREE days: the evening on the same day, the next day, and the day after. I work all day at my current job and had to move some things around very last minute (literally) just to be able to schedule an interview with them since apparently Talent Acquisition is so busy. About 10 hours before the interview, Talent Acquisition texted me a bunch of information to review and also emailed me another link to RESUBMIT the job application. When would applicants have time to prepare for the interview, review a bunch of information, and resubmit the application when we weren't given much time in the first place? As if we don't have jobs we're currently working or other obligations. First of all, all the information on Cortica should be on their website and the job listing itself that applicants should have reviewed prior to applying. Second, I already completed a job application so they basically wasted my time making me resubmit it. The interview is through a video call and you are recorded using an AI service unless you opt out. This is just an additional step on top of everything else this company makes you do before you even talk to anybody. Talent Acquisition said she would ask the team about the questions I had since she couldn't even answer them herself and then never got back to me.
