Phone interview followed by an assessment which was highly relevant to the work (i.e. not a generic numeric/ verbal reasoning test). Final face-to-face interview took place with two senior consultants at the London office (depends on where you have applied). Interviewers were nice and asked specific questions relevant to experience and the role.

First submitted CV + Cover Letter. Then had an exercise to review a scientific paper and write down my thoughts on it. Then had an interview with two employees, which also contained a proofreading exercise.
