The first round was a standard screening with HR, followed by a second round with the Fellow the role would be supporting. I had to reach out repeatedly to different staff members in order to schedule the second round. They expected a tight turnaround, and when I rearranged my schedule on short notice, they then did not respond for days to inform me about next steps. I did not get a final decision until after several months.

4 rounds, including a writing assignment. 1 interview with HR, one with the Senior Fellow, and one with a senior Admin rep. Overall intuitive subject-specific interview process. The overall process was less than a month but I applied as soon as the application opened.
