Applied for the job at a college job fair and was immediately called in by an HR rep. After speaking with the HR rep, she took me to the supervisor of the floor that had a job opening and I also interviewed with her. The interview questions were very typical questions you would be asked for an entry level position. After the interview, I shadowed a fellow PCA. The next day the HR rep contacted me asking about the experience and I was hired.
