had an initial screening with hiring manager then moved to technical screen without any coderpad. The girl who interviewed had just theoretical knowledge and never went deep into technical aspect. Neither I was impressed with kinda people work there. Received reject afterwards saying they need more senior people. Wonder if they know what they really want.

A standard timed take home SQL interview test had to be completed first before meeting with HR or any of the team members. The take home test was done on CoderPad which was positively different from other companies I had applied for as within other companies it was just a word document where I couldn't even run/test my query.
