It was really long. They attended a career fair at my school and I received an interview through that. Interview was in person and took about 5 hours (no exaggeration). Met with 3 team members and took about 3 assessment. One dealing with reconciliation and differentiation of numbers listed in two columns, one basic math assessment, and finally a personality assessment. After I was invited to speak with the CFO directly before they made a final decision. I like how the interview was mostly technical but it took way too long.

There was an initial screen with someone from Human Resources. This was followed by a behavioral assessment. A formal interview with a manager followed the assessment. Finally, an informal interview with the manager was the last step prior to an offer.
