Stages: - recruiter call - meet HM - research challenge - on-site The process started out normal, talked to recruiter and got to meet the HM. I was quite excited after meeting with HM+ one other person on the team because they seem like a good team to be on. I was sent a research challenge that was supposed to be talking points for the next stage and then.... silence. I submitted it to the recruiter and was told to wait for updates. No updates, no feedback, nothing. If this was first stage, then I wouldn't mind but its third stage and you can't bother to provide some kind of status updates? It's been a whole month since I've submitted my hw. I even reached out to the recruiter for update.
