The data was that was given was very huge for an interview. They expect you to finish that data analysis, and visualization in 2 days not realizing that this is an interview. Above all, after you create the visualization, the interviewer gave feedback saying he did not like the color used in the dashboard created, whereas I was shown a dashboard that was created by that interviewer which was not even close to a basic dashboard. The expectation of the interviewers these days is ridiculous, narrow-minded not knowing that the design can be changed based on feedback. Rather they should focus on the time, effort and analysis done by the candidates.
