Conversational but hard. 1st round with 2 managers. They may ask you to do a cold call roleplay on the spot. They go deep into your previous sales experience ( asking for metrics, if you had a quota)

What number of cold dials would you be comfortable with
it was really long (6 rounds), with interviews with SDR managers, and GTM team leaders. everyone was really great that I interviewed with, no issues whatsoever during the process time

The interview process was rushed, process not clearly outlined, expectations were vague, felt like there was a lack of experience and consideration from the interviewee perspective. Younger company so expected to extent but definitely a red flag in comparison to previous experiences.
