Informal. Reviewed previous designs and experience. Not well planned. Nice people. Not very welcoming. Building is poorly designed and planned out. Unconventional way of designing - designers are expected to rework all the cheap previous product. Not bad if that's the type of design you want but not recommended for higher end designers
