It started with a phone interview with HR. The discussion went well, and I was told I would receive my in-person interview that evening. The confirmation wasn't received until the evening before the in-person interview, which was days later.
The in-person interview was with 4 people and seemed to be fine. I was told I would know something within a week. I never heard anything back until I sent an email indicating that based on the delayed lack of response, I assume I did not get the job.
HR seems very disorganized and needs to understand that interviews are the first impressions people have of a company. When you can't respect people enough to do what you say you will, the desire to work there decreases.
