First stage was a telephone screening. Next stage was a SKYPE interview which was difficult as my internet connection isn't great and there was a time deal. Final stage was a F2F interview

I saw an advert on LinkedIn that I asked for and was contacted by phone by an agency within 24 hours. An in-person interview was arranged for 7 days time with the Managing Director and Sales Director. Information on the role was provided and details of a role play to be undertaken during the interview.
I was very pleased with the interview, they have an excellent overview of the company and the role - including areas they assumed needed improving. The role play was relatively straightforward and connected more on the approach and style rather than detailed knowledge of the business.
They said they would discuss the outcome immediately after the interview, I suggested I stepped outside whilst they did that so we could choose it of suggest. They agreed and offered the job when I returned to the interview from.
