I applied online for a fully remote position. I took an online spoken English test (comprehension and pronunciation). Then a CCAT 50 question IQ test. I passed the standard required for both (clearly flagged beforehand) and was asked to complete a small piece of work. This involved analysing a forthcoming product feature, and preparing and delivering a 5-minute video presentation. It took a few hours to prepare. Once the work was assessed (1 week IIRC), there were two half-hour interviews over Zoom in a week. Interested in relevant experience, customer focus and some technical questions. Once a position was offered, the 50 question CCAT test had to be retaken in an online proctored environment.
