Average interview, it lasted about 10-15 minutes. Applied on Indeed and was contacted back the next day for an interview. They asked basic questions you would expect during an interview like, "Why do you want to work here?" I wasn't prepared for a spelling test though. They asked me to spell works like accomplishment, anniversary, and congratulations. They then said that they have other interviews to conduct and will be contacting me back. It's been over a month with no response

Asking questions about availability and where I see myself in the future down the road. Why am I interested in the position. They was concern that I was over qualified for the position, but I was looking for something more stable hours wise because I worked long hours for my previous job. My whole pitch to them was I wanted the position to spend more time with my son, which was indeed the case. I was grateful I received an offer, I did not feel good that they would chose me after the interview.
