The first step was a phone interview over the phone with a recruiter then with the person who would be a step above me. After a few weeks, I was invited to do an on-site interview. I got a tour of the office which is absolutely beautiful. I was interviewed for three hours with five different people. This was important to sit down with people the role would have to interact with. That being said, some of the questions did repeat which is fine but remember to bring stamina for that. Everyone I met was nice and welcoming. It was a long interview process but overall a great experience.
