I had multiple conversations with the team and was repeatedly led to believe I was performing well throughout the process. A recruiter later reached out saying they wanted to chat, but then never followed up. I was ultimately ghosted with no feedback. Being led on and then receiving no communication—especially after investing significant time in interviews—felt unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how the interview process is handled, it raises concerns about internal communication and professionalism.
