It was with Team Lead and HR, polite people, willing to answer all questions. They give you a sample task from work to see how you will handle it. Overall the experience on the interview was good.

2-part process. The first one was a video, and the second one was remote with my team lead. Asked about what makes Bitcoin a powerful and trusted cryptocurrency compared to others that are infinite.

The basics of supply and demand through a Cryptocurrency lens.
I had 3 rounds of video interviews and a screening call with HR. Needed to prep a PowerPoint presentation and present to hiring manager. Hiring manager was very upfront in what he was looking for.
Got the interview opportunity within a week of applying through LinkedIn. First round was with HR - nothing technical, really casual chat and positive experience. Second round was with the team lead- nothing technical, asked about the motivation behind joining crypto firm and share about the role.
There will be 4 rounds in total, didn’t make it to the last 2. Seems like they are looking for native crypto folks.
