Very easy and straightforward. Asked me general questions to see if I was a decent fit. Went over the potential schedule and showed me around the store. They even asked to about my availability and seemed to want to work around it

Really easy, they offered me a free drink, asked me some questions about my previous jobs, asked what my availability was, and what kind of shifts I preferred. Told me to expect a call.
