Applied online over the weekend in early September, received a call that Tuesday scheduled & completed phone screen same day... Recruiter was greatly impressed scheduled phone interview with hiring manager A week later. Didn't hear from anyone for over a month in spite of my constant efforts to reach out! Finally, got a call for face to face interview in October, lasted 3.5 hours as I talked to at least 6 people!!! Almost 2 weeks went by without hearing anything but I was finally extended an offer in early November!!!!

They asked the question you would normally be asked during an interview. After applying, it took a long time to be contacted for the telephone interview . However all the recruitment staff are very nice.

Expected behavioral interview questions. Very clear. Their interviewers could be more engaging, it very much seemed like it was an interrogation session instead of an interview. They were very nice and attentive hiring managers.

The whole process was pretty smooth. People at Cummins were really nice and friendly. Just be yourself in the interview process. They really value their core value a lot so make sure you are familiar with those
