Met recruiters at campus recruiting events, including tent events and mechanical engineering specific career fairs. Got a call the day after the career fair, and scheduled a time slot for the interview. Pleasant interviewer, walked through resume and answered behavioral questions.

Submitted an online application after being contacted by a college recruiter. After a couple weeks I was contacted for a behavioral screening interview, then after passing this I was contacted for a technical interview with a hiring manager.
