Face to face interview with the Director. Competency based questions but with a conversational style. Lasted about 45 minutes and included the opportunity to look around the open plan office as you walk to your interview room. This was really useful as it gave me a chance to see where I'd be working day to day. Opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview. Pretty standard interview set up.
