I applied online and was invited to interview by email. It was a group interview that was more of a discussion format. The interviewer asked questions and people took turns answering them. It was fairly informal. I was emailed later that day and asked to give the assistant manager a call upon which I was offered a position . They were very disorganised in sorting out my start date but the overall process was fine.

I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
