Without a doubt, this was my favorite interview ever. The entire process took less than 24 hours and involved a two-stage interview. During the first stage, I met with the Head of Product and an Interim Junior Product Manager. By the end of that interview, I was confident that I had secured the job. The next day, I had a meeting with the direct Manager of the role ( Senior Product Manager) and a lead from the Product Design Team. I let the direct manager know that I had an offer from another company, and he quickly scheduled another meeting that same day with the Head of Product. It was during this meeting that the job offer was made. I was impressed with the team's transparency throughout the process and I thoroughly enjoyed the interviews, so I decided to accept the offer.
