Interview consists of 2 stages: 1. Technical Interview with 2 team Software Engineers - Both SWE take turns to ask various questions regarding your experience in related aspects - e.g. frontend experience and knowledge of different frameworks - related to your experience or specific job requirements, followed by 1 technical coding exercise and a logical problem - Engineers are really friendly and have good synergy between them that reduces stress during the interview but also keep its challenging. 2. HR Interview with Company HR staff and some of the top position holders in the company - Sharing about the company culture and team dynamics - Finding out about your interests and suitability to the company culture - Finding out about your plans regarding career progression - Staff are friendly and genuinely want to find out how you will fit in the company, very open to your enquiries as well to ensure you know what you are getting into.
