This was probably one of the worst interview experiences I’ve had. The recruiter called me without having my resume pulled up or knowing anything about me or my background. Clearly not prepared or engaged. Scheduled a video interview with CHRO who was also not engaged in the interview, not the type of leader to work for. Recommend putting that recruiter on a pip or auditing conversations. I withdrew from process, would not want to work here.
