I had a phone call with HR then invited to an onsite interview. First HR lady sat down and asked me questions for about 30min then two technical employees interviewed me and started by asking me what is VPN. Then inquired about my JavaScript skills and asked me to write a function down then immediately asks me what is a "closure" as I attempt to answer this mans questions he rudely takes back his paper and pen and tells me I don't know. Following this some more questions about my experience and some weird statements like I would have to grease a squeaky door hing and odd tasks like that. Those two technical knuckle heads shouldn't interview anyone at least not this early in the process.
