You come in an have the typical interview questions with the manager. You then meet with HR. At that point you sit with a pre-sales support (ODT) rep where they make calls and navigate one of the 4 databases they use. You decide if you can handle it and likely will be hired. Some people are brought on through a temp agency as well and are temp to hire which you dont get paid during that time and a lot of the money is left on table

Spoke with Agency Rep over the phone several times, after that took several aptitude and voice test, then had face to face interview at the company location with the agency rep, then I interviewed with one of the managers. Was offered the position the next week via phone.

Went thru Action Staffing to get the job...Got phone screen thru the HR. Met with TJ HEALY, the Director of Pre Sales. He was a large fellow --- recently got a stomach operation, which made him a still large fellow, but a lot skinnier. He's a pretty nice guy. Interview was with him and an HR assistant, who doesn't really have anything to do with the determination. He asks you very canned questions and he is typing your answers the whole time. Never looks at you. It's a corporate thing. Contacted by the staffing agency days letter with an offer.q
