The interview went well. We discussed my experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration. They asked several practical questions about how I analyze processes, handle stakeholders, and drive sustainable improvements.

I attended 2 interviews. The last one was with the hiring manager and he gave really good feedback. However, during the final step, setting up an interview with the general manager, I received an email stating that the hiring manager was very positive about me but they had hired another candidate and "unfortunately" they would not schedule an interview. A global company that won the best employer awards should have at least informed me that they have interviewed other candidates and are in the advanced stages. Hiring another candidate without giving me a chance is not ethical or professional behavior. In the end, it was a disappointment.
