The assessment center was really good. There is a group task where you are given a situation about implementing a new warehouse management system and need to answer a few questions then present at the end. Then there is a one-to-one interview where they ask strengths-based questions and then you're given a scenario to analyse for 20 minutes and present for 5 minutes.
