AWFUL EXPERIENCE. NEW GRADS STAY AWAY. First two stages were you typical online SJT test and video interview. Nothing difficult here, just be yourself. Now the final stage.. the assessment day. A truly awful and really unpleasant experience. 90% of the assessors seemed to have this false sense of arrogance (no idea why) abs were just very rude. During one group presentation which involved us discussing which order we would implement different services for a new warehouse such as HR, Security etc we were literally laughed at, and made out to be really stupid. During the assessment day there was also role play. This was awful. We had to pretend to be a manger forcing a employee to do over time. Needless to say the assessors took their role a little too seriously and they were just plain rude/difficult. Again, a really unpleasant experience. Overall a very rude, long and unpleasant day. The final interview was very quick and only lasted around 15 minutes was just your typical strength based Qs. (This was at the end of the assessment day). I dread to think how the assessors treat real employees under them. They simply came across as a bunch of losers who have been waiting for this day all year so that they could be rude and belittle people at the start of their career.
