First contact through email. Phone interview with manager, week later phone interview with supervisor. Ghosted for 3 weeks after told I would be contacted back the following week. Now it takes 2 minutes to send a simple email stating we hired within, or chose someone else or the position was removed. The fact that this can't be communicated is ridiculous. How are people supposed to get better in life without feedback or at least an explanation. I am also a veteran so wouldn't recommend wasting your time applying for anything within this company.
