Short call with recruiter, 2 rounds including preparation of PPT. Interviewers were polite but the process was a mess with no communication/confusion. Never got any feedback on the interviews or the outcome despite reaching out multiple times which is highly disrespectful when interviewees spend so much time preparing PPTs etc. Interviewers seemed to probe for template answers rather than explore genuine profiles.
