Sent my CV. Got contacted by HR Department one day after the CV was sent. It was a screening phone interview. Later on, they sent me online tests. After that, got a new interview with HR Manager via phone. They invited me to an assessment center. Went to the assessment center. It included an individual business case and a groupal business case. Five minutes to present your case and 10 to 15 minutes to present the groupal one. 1 week later they contacted me to say me that I was going to expect an offer for the company. It never came.
