I submitted an application and heard back rather quickly. They asked me to send a video cover letter and then a week later they asked me to schedule an interview. After the first interview, they asked me to take some assessments. One was looking at decision making/problem solving (included a little math) the other assessment was for personality. Last interview is with hiring managers in the field that you applied for.
